Clinical research monitoring
Amsterdam UMC offers support to address the specific needs of the clinical research community. Qualified teams provide consultation, education and monitoring services. Monitoring is a quality control measure that is put in place to ensure protection of the rights, safety and well-being of the research subjects and scientific quality of the research data. It is an instrument for assuring that the research is conducted in compliance with the approved protocol, ICH-GCP, SOP and other applicable regulatory requirements.
