PhD position Professional Performance
How well doctors and doctors perform? Can we measure their performance and can we explain the measured differences? What is needed to stay well and get better? What is the contribution of medical follow-up to the (future) quality of patient care? On these and other research questions, the Professional Performance research group focuses.
We are looking for a PhD student who wishes to contribute to the AMC Professional Performance group's research program, specifically by conducting a research study on the training climate of medical follow-up courses and its relationship with the quality of care. Within this research theme there is a lot of room for own initiative by the PhD student. In consultation with the promotion team, the research will be completed further, taking into account the researcher's own ideas and ambitions and the broader framework of the research program. The PhD student processes the results into scientific publications. The research should lead to an academic promotion at the University of Amsterdam.
