APH COVID-19 initiative: Support of healthy movement behavior of children during the COVID-19 crisis

Due to the COVID-19 crisis, all children have to stay at home. Homeschooling results in less movement time compared to normal daily activities of children (e.g. traveling to and from school, physical education, playing outside). Moreover, the measures taken by the government restrict organized sports, games and dance, also for children. For children, it is of great importance to move regularly and therefore researchers, including APH researcher Sanne Veldman, have put together a list of recommendations to promote healthy movement behavior.
