Currently, health care is seriously disrupted by the covid-19-crisis. This puts high demands on the communication of health care providers with patients and their relatives. In support of health care providers, researchers of the research line Medical Communication, department of Medical psychology, have developed recommendations for difficult consultations via the telephone or video-consultations:
