The 4th Amsterdam Advanced Cytometry Course will take place between the 11th and 15th of November

This course will provide you with an in-depth knowledge on the principles, application and practice of different modalities of cytometry (including conventional, spectral, cytof, imaging cytometry, sorting, single-cell RNAseq, and microbial FACS). The course includes a special module on panel design and compensation and a full day on data analysis covering everything from sequential gating to high-dimensional analysis.

Time: 9:00 – 18:00, drinks after 17:00 on Friday 15th November
Target audience: PhD students (a restricted number of post-docs, and technicians will be selected (Max. 30 participants)
PhD Credits: 1.5 ECTS (42 hours)
Location: O|2 Lab Building, De Boelelaan 1108, 1081 HZ Amsterdam
Costs: Free (50 EUR cancellation penalty)
Documentation is provided free of charge
Lunch is not provided, coffee and tea are available for free next to the classroom
