Sjoerd Bruijn given Promising Scientist Award by ISPGR

Sjoerd Bruijn (BEW/VU) has won the Promising Scientist award, given by the International Society of Posture & Gait Research (ISPGR). The Promising Scientist award acknowledges those who have performed superior research on posture and/or gait early in their career. Sjoerd has received the award for his research into the NWO financed VENI grant project The Walking Brain.

The award entails a certificate as well as registration, travel expenses and 4 nights hotel accommodation for the ISPGR World Congress 2017. Sjoerd will travel to Fort Lauderdale in June to collect his award and to give a plenary presentation.
