On Friday April 1st 2015 Lizeth Sloot defended her thesis "Advanced technologies to assess motor dysfunction in children with Cerebral Palsy".
The members of the opposition were generous in their compliments towards dr. Sloot; her thesis is an exceptional combination of quality and quantity with no less than eleven publications in top journals in the field. Dr. Sloot was given the distinction cum laude / with honours for this extraordinary combination which, as was stated during the ceremony, would have been enough for two dissertations. Dr. Sloot was (co-)supervised by prof. dr. ir. J. Harlaar, prof. dr. J.G. Becher and dr. M.M. van der Krogt.
